At launch, Ecovent is optimized to run the entire home in either heat or cool mode. If you have only one thermostat, it is impossible to run in both heat and cool mode simultaneously. If you have multiple thermostats, it may be possible to enable rooms in one zone to be heated while others are cooled through future feature expansions. That being said, by redirecting the warm or cool airflow throughout the home, the Ecovent system can still help achieve different temperature and comfort settings depending on a person’s preferences.
