Yes, you can manually enable the fan!

To manually enable the fan, enter the main menu and select "System Settings". At the top of the screen, you will find your thermostat(s) with the fan control options of "Auto" and "On". Auto will trigger the fan to run when the HVAC is calling for conditioning (heating or cooling), which On will run the can continuously until shut off by switching back to auto (whether done manually or through a scheduled scene.

You can also configure a scene to use the fan on mode if desired.
