This can occur if there is a general error when deleting either a sensor or vent from a room.

Troubleshooting: 

Follow the instructions for removing a vent first, then for removing a sensor, and then try deleting the room again.

Removing a vent

1. With the Ecovent App, go into the room in which the vent is paired to and then click on the settings icon on the top right-hand corner.

2. Then disconnect the vent from the room. This will un-pair the vent from the sensor and allow it to be paired again. If you are going to pair it to another room then you would need to reset the vent. You can find instructions on how to reset a vent, here.

Removing a sensor

1. With the Ecovent App, go into the room in which the sensor is paired to and then click on the settings icon on the top right-hand corner.

2. Then disconnect the sensor from the room. This will delete the room and allow the sensor to be created as a new room.
