A green status light means that the hub is booted up but for some reason isn't connecting to the internet. Once it is back up and running smoothly you should see a Blue status light. If your status light is off, you can try these steps as well.

Here are a few suggestions we'd would recommend checking:

  • Your home router is connected to the internet

  • Ethernet cord is securely and firmly connected to the Hub - unplug it and plug it back in to be sure

  • Power cord is securely and firmly connected to the Hub -unplug it and plug it back in to be sure

After this do a quick power cycle by briefly pressing the raised reset button on the back of the hub.

If you are still having trouble, try restarting your router as well.

As a final option, you could try these below:

  • On the back of the hub quickly press reset button (1st time)

  • Wait 30 seconds

  • Press reset button (2nd time)

  • Wait 30 seconds

  • Press reset button (3rd time), and then STOP

This will attempt to reboot the hub onto a backup saved on the device. This may take 30-60minutes to boot up.

If you are still having trouble, please contact support@ecoventsystems.com and let us know the steps you've already tried.
