A green status light means that the hub is booted up but for some reason isn't connecting to the internet. Once it is back up and running smoothly you should see a Blue status light. If your status light is off, you can try these steps as well.
Here are a few suggestions we'd would recommend checking:
Your home router is connected to the internet
Ethernet cord is securely and firmly connected to the Hub - unplug it and plug it back in to be sure
Power cord is securely and firmly connected to the Hub -unplug it and plug it back in to be sure
After this do a quick power cycle by briefly pressing the raised reset button on the back of the hub.
If you are still having trouble, try restarting your router as well.
As a final option, you could try these below:
On the back of the hub quickly press reset button (1st time)
Wait 30 seconds
Press reset button (2nd time)
Wait 30 seconds
Press reset button (3rd time), and then STOP
This will attempt to reboot the hub onto a backup saved on the device. This may take 30-60minutes to boot up.
